The Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) has updated its online comparative reporting tool, the AFCA Datacube, to include information about financial complaints lodged from 1 July to 31 December 2020.
The free online tool enables users to see how financial firms responded to complaints brought to AFCA.
It includes information about the number of complaints received, how long firms took to resolve complaints, and whether the financial firm responded to the complaint during the referral stage.
Visit the AFCA Datacube for more.

About AFCA
The Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) is a non-government ombudsman service providing free, fair and independent help with financial disputes. It is a one-stop-shop for consumers and small businesses who have a dispute with their financial firm, over things such as banking, credit, insurance, advice, investments or superannuation. Where an agreement cannot be reached between parties, AFCA can issue decisions that are binding on financial firms.
